Rental Guidelines:
- Credit Department approval (drivers license and credit card are both a must)
- Rental payment in advance
- Freight - F.O.B.
- Insurance - Lessee must furnish a certificate of insurance naming Louisville Tractor, Inc. the Loss Payee and the Additional Insured for the retail value of the equipment. Or, lessee may purchase insurance through Louisville Tractor.
- Rental Contract - A rental contract must be completed on every transaction with all the pertinent data furnished prior to the release of the rental equipment.
- Hour Limits: Daily-8 hours. Weekly-40 hours. Monthly-176 hours.
- Repairs & Maintenance - All repairs required due to abuse/negligence will be charged to the lessee upon return of rental equipment. Also, any abnormal clean-up will be the responsibility of the lessee.
- Call for daily, weekly and monthly rates.
- Call for transportation charges to and from the jobsite.
